Cancellation Policy

At Spin Palace Retreat, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that we can continue offering quality services to all our participants. Please review the following terms related to the cancellation of our different types of classes.

2. On-Demand Classes

  • Cancellation Process: For on-demand classes, you can request a cancellation by sending an email to SpinPalaceRetreat.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Refund Policy: Please note that on-demand classes are non-refundable. Your membership will not renew after the cancellation is confirmed, but no refund or proportional refund will be issued.

3. General Notes

  • Missed Deadlines: Cancellations made after the stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow within the next 5-10 business days to process the refund back to your payment method.
  • Membership Renewals: For on-demand classes, cancellations will stop the renewal of your membership, but the current subscription period will not be refunded.
